• Fresh Mart acts as a platform connecting you to multiple sellers via Webkul.
• Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided by sellers.
• Orders are subject to confirmation by the seller.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must comply with Egyptian commercial and consumer protection laws.
• Sellers are responsible for product quality, delivery, and warranty claims.
• Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product information and handling refunds or returns.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
• Fresh Mart does not hold responsibility for payment disputes between buyers and sellers beyond facilitating communication.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Sellers are responsible for shipping products according to the agreed timeline.
• Delivery delays should be communicated to the buyer promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds and returns are managed by sellers.
• Buyers should contact the seller directly through Fresh Mart to initiate a return or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• Content on Fresh Mart, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Fresh Mart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Fresh Mart is not responsible for product defects, delivery issues, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Any disputes arising from using the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
